Having a bad day at office? Every cloud has a silver lining, go buy yourself some donuts/macarons! Eat them up, swing the negativity away, curse on a paper then trash it, put on your favorite lipstick. (My current favorite is ‘Walk of Shame’ from Charlotte Tilbury) Fall lips babe💋
My most frequently used method to control my emotions upheavals is, not letting events that upset me today bring to the next morning. It’s very efficient and has been working really well. You’ll end up in a healthier state of mind, happier mood, time-saving.
I don’t wearing a lot of ching-a-ling on my hands because I always lost them unconsciously. Yet, wear a few are good enough to bring up your minimalistic swag, agree? 😉
Another method to maintain a graceful state: LISTEN TO JAZZ. What? You’re right I am dead serious. Smooth jazz is the ultimate ‘calm your pants pill’ of the universe. Having a small break from stress, pour yourself a glass of wine and soak into soft music.
